Overview

abhs.in is a personal site run by Abhishek Gautam. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep data collection minimal and do not sell your information.

Data we collect

• Email (via Resend): If you subscribe to updates via the blog signup form, we store your email address with Resend for sending newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
• Analytics (Vercel): We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, countries). This does not identify you personally.
• Visit logs (Upstash Redis): When you load a page, we may log a visit record (timestamp, path, referrer, country, user-agent) in Redis for understanding traffic. No names or emails are stored. Logs are retained in limited volume and not used for advertising.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Session storage may be used for local preferences (e.g. return-visit detection on the homepage). Third-party services (Vercel, Resend) may set their own cookies in accordance with their policies.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability.
